Ella holds a Bachelor of Primary Education and brings more than a decade of dance teaching experience to her role as Director. With an extensive background across all styles of dance and a deep understanding of how children learn, she blends strong technical training with a warm, supportive teaching approach. Ella is dedicated to creating an inspiring environment where every student can grow in confidence, creativity, and a genuine love for dance.
